How will Co-vid affect my charter?

Since we are outdoors, masks are not required. Please feel free to wear a mask if you feel inclined to do so. The boat will be properly sanitized before boarding for your safety. Sanitizer will also be available on the boat.

What should I bring with me?

Food will not be provided, but feel free to bring any food you would like aboard. A cooler will be provided filled with bottled water. Please feel free to bring your own cooler for food/additional beverages. 

In order to have the best trip possible, we encourage you to bring the following items with you on your trip:

-Sunscreen

-Polarized sunglasses w/ a clip or croakies

-Bug spray depending on time of day

-Towels

What should I wear?

It is recommended to check the weather the morning of your trip. Mornings can be chilly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweatshirt. Bathing suits, fishing shirts, and comfortable clothes are encouraged. Remember that you will be on the water and may get wet, so pack some dry clothes to change into after your charter, if you would like. If you are going on a shelling tour or would like to explore the islands on foot, we encourage you to bring a pair of shoes that you don't mind getting wet.

How many people will be on my charter?

Unless otherwise noted, we only offer private party charters. You are allowed up to 6 people on your reservation, so however many people are in your party is how many people will be on the boat. Please give us a call if you would like to split the charter costs with another group.

Can I bring more than 6 people on a charter?

No, a 6 person maximum is strictly enforced by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Is there shade on your boat?

Yes, the boat has a canopy that covers the back half of the vessel.

Is there a head or bathroom available on the boat?

There is not a bathroom on the boat, but I am able to get you to a restroom within 15 minutes. We also have a bucket and toilet seat for emergencies.

Do I need a fishing license to fish?

No, the captain has a charter fishing license which covers everyone on board.

What kind of fishing gear do you provide?

Fishing rods, tackle, live and artificial bait will be provided.

What types of fish will I catch?

Estero Bay is filled with a large variety of seasonal fish depending on the time of year.  Some typical species of fish that we will be targeting are Snook, Redfish (Red Drum), Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Spotted Seatrout, Pompano, Jack Crevalle, Whiting, Spanish Mackerel, Ladyfish and several types of Sharks.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Venmo, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made via phone, email, or on our website. Click here to book a trip now!

Do you take same-day reservations?

We recommend that you book your trip in advance; however, we do have openings on the occasion. Want to book a last-minute trip? Give us a call at 302-853-2778.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it, things happen sometimes! Trips can be canceled within 7 days of your charter with no penalty.

Please give us a call with any questions or if you have any extenuating circumstances.

What if the weather is bad?

Florida weather changes frequently. We will only cancel or reschedule for extremely high winds or thunderstorms. If this happens, we will reach out to you via the contact information you provide at the time of booking to reschedule your trip. 

What activities can I do on my charter?

We offer a variety of charters. Fishing, sightseeing, dolphin tours/Eco-tours, shelling, and sunset cruises are the main attractions, but you may also do things such as pick up/drop off at water-front restaurants during your trip, island hopping & touring the beautiful waterfront estates along the intercoastal waterways.

How do I get there/Where do I meet you?

Pick up location is at the Carl Johnson boat ramp at Lover's Key State Park which is located at 8700 Estero Blvd, Ft. Myers Beach, FL 33931. Plenty of parking is available, give us a call when you arrive and the captain will show you aboard the vessel. Directions can be found on Google Maps.
